Spirituality

Spirituality is a core component of GAA’s program. Our goal is to foster a deep and meaningful connection with faith in each student. Through dedicated Bible classes based on the Encounter curriculum, students embark on a journey of exploration and understanding of religious principles. The weekly chapel programs provide a sacred space for communal worship, reflection, and spiritual growth. Week of Prayer, which happens three times during the school year, is a period for students to delve into spiritual themes and personal reflections. The spiritual retreat at the beginning of the year offers a retreat for contemplation and bonding, enhancing the students' connection with their faith community. Junior-Senior Bible Camp further enriches the spiritual experience by providing an immersive environment for study and fellowship with students from other Adventist schools in southern california. In addition, the high school program encourages a commitment to service through domestic and international mission trips, instilling in students a sense of compassion and a desire to make a positive impact on the world around them. This comprehensive spiritual approach equips students at Glendale Adventist Academy with a strong foundation for a purposeful and values-driven life.
